బద్ధకం మీద యుద్ధం ప్రకటించిన ఒక పౌరుడు!

( Gangadhara Tilak Katnam ,Hyderabad,citizen.) ఈ గుంత ఇక్కడ రెండు సంవత్సరాల నుండి ఉన్నది.మనం పూడ్చకపోతే ప్రభుత్వం వారు ఎన్ని రోజుల తరువాత పూడుస్తారో చూద్దాము . ఇప్పుడు ఈ గుంతను మనం ఆలా వదిలేద్దాము అని అన్నది నా శ్రీమతి.

ఇంతకు ముందు కూడా వారికి ఒక పరీక్ష కోసం మెహదీపట్నం లో పిల్లర్ నెంబరు పదిహేడు వద్ద ఒక గుంతను పూడ్చకుండా వదిలేస్తే అక్కడ ప్రమాదం జరిగేక మనమే పూడ్చేముకదా అని అంటే ..మరొకసారి టెస్టు పెడదాము అన్నది .నేనేదో చెప్పబోయేను. పెళ్ళాం చెబితే వినాలి అన్నది సీరియస్గా !!

గొడవ ఎందుకులే అని ……అంతేగా …..అంతేగా …అన్నాను!

అది పూడ్చేద్దాం అని చెప్పినప్పుడల్లా పెళ్ళాం చెబితే వినాలి అంటున్నది . అంతేగా …అంతేగా …అంటూ రెండు సంవత్సరాల పైగా గడచిపోయింది .మొన్న మన గౌరవనీయ గవర్నరు గారు శాలువా కప్పి మీది గొప్ప మంచి మనసు అనగానే ఇంటికి తిరిగి వస్తూ …ఈ గుంతను చూసి ఇది మనం ఈ రోజు పూడ్చేద్దాము అండీ అన్నది.కారులో సరిపడినంత మెటీరియల్ లేదు అని చిన్న దానికి నచ్చ చెప్పి , సరకు సమకూర్చుకొని ఆ గుంతను పూడ్చేయటానికి ఇప్పు డు బయలుదేరుతున్నాము . ( near Tippu Bridge 1km from Langarhouse )మేమె నెగ్గేము …రెండవ సారికూడా మేమే నెగ్గేము .సర్వే జనా సుఖినో భవంతు .Nation First. Jai Bharat .

Dear friends ,Tomorrow we are going to fill this pothole .Near Langarhouse at 10am . A very big story is there behind this small pothole .You all are aware that we fill any pothole within a hour after noticing it .But. This was not filled by us and left like this since more than TWO YEARS to test them .When this pothole is noticed by me , I stopped my car to fill it .My wife objected me to do it by saying that “you are not allowing GHMC or R&B staff to do their job and you are filling the potholes as soon as you notice them .After filling , you are blaming Govt. that they are neglecting their job .If leave it for a week days or ten days …..they will do it ” .

Wife : now you leave it and see

Me. : we have already tested them once at Mehdipatnam near pillar no 17 .how many times you wants to test them? .

Wife : The Engineer of this area may be good

Me. : ok….let us leave it like this …for 2nd test This potholes was left like that .Meanwhile CORONA came …we stopped coming out . After one and half year while returning from RajBhavan on 14-07-2021,We noticed it . Found the size of pothole developed / increased .My wife asked me to stop the car and to fill it .But the pothole is big and the material available in the car is not sufficient to fill that pothole . No stock also with me at home . Today we received a call from one contractor and he told me that He wants to donate money to support my Shramadaan activity . I have politely refused by saying that we are not accepting donations .He is behind me and expressed his strong desire that he wants to support my work by supplying the material required to fill the potholes . We accepted .So, we planned to fill this pothole tomorrow (Sunday )
